first of all, in this entry, i would like to
thank mr tan choi heng, mr tan cheng hiong and other committee members' for giving me the opportunity to give a talk about futhering education, simply about further study in NUS. i'm really honoured to have such invitation and i really went on smoothly.
despite being first time having to talk about such thing to the juniors of year 1 and 2 students of REB in NP, i thank god that i manage to talk to them, able to convince them upon furthering their studies. ahakz. like real only! bluek!
well, after the event, thanks to mr tan too for treating us lunch at ngee ann alumni where it consists of this halal cafe, called pines cafe. food quality: moderate. drink quality: not bad. value for money: there's room for improvement. ooopz, am i just being blunt here? ahakz. basically, treat this as positive aspects oritey. there's always room for improvement so that your business can do better. hehe.
not only that, i also manage to talked to some of the lecturers. recalling back those moments. sweet memories which i will never forget. coz among all my life, my poly days are the most interesting among all. and my poly days are those times that taught me how to grow up, be a woman instead of just being a girl instead. and when i reached school, i really miss school. miss everything actually. miss how we spend our break time together with the classmates, share gossips at the ladies toilets and many more. ahakz. those are times where i will remember for sure.
but sadly, only few of us manage to offer the time to talk to the juniors. just being me, jiha, zhen ru (zr) and vinpen (i hope i spell his name correctly). ahakz.
well, of course, how can i miss sharing pictures with you isn't it? so, here are all those pictures that i managed to took. not much but adequate for this entry, i hope. *cross-fingers*
well, upon sitting down at the table, they show us the menu - list of main course ranging from local delights to western to japanese to chinese to malay and not forgetting desserts & beverages as well.
i just snap shot this area - showing how much students tend to enjoy having their lunch here coz it's air-conditioned and relaxing with the availability of the wifi as well.
just another snap shot of the area where they store their chilli & ketchap, salt & pepper.
the two darlings: jiha & me..
being together since years. as in being closed. oopz, don't misinterpret. ahakz. from left: vinpen & zr.
from left: mr tan choi heng, jiha & me.. we are like father and daughters. hahaha.
i just loved the glasses. very nice.
this is what jiha & i had for lunch: chicken chop. from the apperance, what do you think? there's room of improvement right? well, i think megabites from sim is better. can used that as guidelines - or maybe better?

this is what then mr tan choi heng & vinpen had for lunch - some japanese food which i neither know the name of the main dish. but at least it looks more appetizing.

zr had this instead. another main dish which i didn't know the name either. coz it's spagetti. and those who know me very well, i don't eat spagetti. especially those with tomato based.

after meeting all the lecturers, being
mr aaron chua the last lecturer, we finally proceed to have bubble tea and slight 30mins chat at the library - each a cup corner. from year 1 to year 2 to year 3, he never failed to did have at least treat us 1 time each semester. so nice of him. that's why everyone loves him. he just can click with the students very well, just like friends.
guess how old is he? i mean his age. he's born in the year of 1974 which means he's 34 this year. so, any recommendation for partnering him with any lady outside? or any ladies outside would like to be with him? he is of course such a nice guy. a romantic guy from the past experiences that he shared with us. hehe. no regrets. so, anyone interested please filled up the form at blk 50-05-02 and look for him oritey? ahakz. just kidding.
and this being the final pictures of all. we had lots of fun chatting with each other of course. i'm still with my chocolate snowshake as usual. hehehe.
so, if any students from the lecture theathre just now wanna asked questions on furthering your studies or career prospective, i can simply try my very best to answer all your questions. =)
