p/s: be prepared for a very long entry.
well, it's time for updates. infact, lots of updates to be done in this entry.
hmmmmm......
let me start with more about myself first then i will move on to something special, memorable events that are meant to be remembered.
previously, i didn't know that golf is such a tiring sport. seriously what do you think? you see people have "stick" on their hands, swing up high and then down hitting the ball on the "green field". simply no idea and i didn't thought of it that i will like them one day.
thanks to my dearest baby for introducing to the sport. i was wrong, really! if you think golf is a simple sport game, you are wrong. try it youself and you will know how tiring it is.
as everyone know. my baby is into golf. every month without fail, he will meet up with his clan to play his golf game over at jb or even at range every week for their practices. yesterday, i was fortunate that baby tagged me along to mandai range together with his sifu & best friend. i had my practices as well. basically, it was my first time holding the club, swinging it up high on the correct manner and focusing the ball to ensure that the club hit the ball to the correct direction. i thought hitting the ball was simple but it wasn't. i thought that it is just like hitting something with a broom but it wasn't. the techniques have to be right. there are ways to hold the clubs, swing the club up & even hit the ball at the right angles. after 3 hours of practices, i surrenderred. not because of i can't take it, but simply i'm exhausted. i didn't know that by golfing you will actually sweat like nobody business. trust me!
although i had my blisters due to not wearing glove at the beginning and muscles cramps here and there, i had lots of fun. thanks to my baby and all his friends again for all their guidances. definitely there's more to come. it is a miss if i didn't take up the sport if my baby is so into golf right? so, my mission to play golf is accomplished. just have to practice more often so that i have the momentum right and there i go - i might be the same level as my baby. oopz! hahaha. just kidding.
oukaye well. i had enough talking about golf.
next.
the most important event in my life. oh well, although it's not my event.....
but it is my best friend's wedding...!!!!!!!
yup. the day that we all have been waiting for. the day when sheila is now married to our mr endy. the day when all of us were excited about, waiting and counting the days to their wedding ceremony. pictures are updates as well but there will be more to come.
three events altogether.
10 july 2009 - the night before the solemization.
11 july 2009 - the solemization takes place in the morning, followed by the ceremony at sheila's place.
12 july 2009 - the ceremony over for endy's side at furama riverfront.
so, i will be sharing with you every thing on three separate event.
event 1.
i took the car and drove to jiha's place to pick her up since she also wanna tagged along with me to sheila's place. being her besties, we dropped by to give our fullest support and help here and there necesarily. basically, both of us reached sheila's place at around 8. her mum need my help to follow the rest of the relatives to pick up the hantaran or also known as the gift to the groom. there were 11 trays altogether. they were lovely for sure. her theme is black & white. check this out.

had my supper there & back to her home and we had a wonderful crazy chat with one another. sleepy but yet something that only happens once in her lifetime. so, we basically don't mind being by her side. thus, we stayed till about 1.30am before we say good night to one another.
event 2.
it's early in the morning. i woke up and looking forward to this special day of my best friend. exactly at 11am, her hubby to be will be at the living room together with the family members, relatives and tok kadi to proceed with the solemization.
with just 1 time say, endy is now yours darling! and i knew this is their happiest moment in their life. the moment when "now i pronounce you husband and wife". hahaha.

before the solemization takes place, the tok kadi have to meet sheila. ensure that she is prepared to get married with endy. signed the papers and there is goes. the moment of shaking hands between endy and the tok kadi.

there should be an event when they both batalkan air sembahyang. where both of them exchange the rings. the bride will kiss her hubby hand. the hubby will kiss her forehead. but i just couldn't find my way through the room to take the picture of it. i'm so sorry for that.

4 of us in the car - me, baby, jiha and junhan. couple-couple huh? hahaha. went to the wrong furama at first. damn! but it's oukaye.
reached the correct furama on time anyway. haha. meet all the relatives and family members. waited for aaron to come by. yup, aaron is coming as well. so, in the table of 10, 50% is occupied by the same clan. haha. while waiting to be in, we took pictures.

soon after, the song "from this moment on" by shania twain was played through the speakers and simply means the both bride & groom are walking together hand in hand down the aisle. so sweet. but the pictures i have are kinda dark. i'm so sorry for that. but i'm sure to update you with better photos once my dearest sheila has passed it to me later on.
afterall, 3 courses. appetizers, 7 main dishes & dessert. yummy & full.

in fact, there are videos that are produce by the flipside production. very good job indeed. touching & sweet moments of both of them and even their close ones. i'm touched too coz she put in our pictures there. i love you sayang! and afterall, the whole event was even great when endy decided on impromtu singing heaven by bryan adams for sheila. she cried. surprised. happy. excited. all in one. and oh my, i cried too. i'm too happy for her.
wishing you good luck in your marriage darling. no matter what, you are still my bestie & we will always be together including having lunch as well. hehe. and all the prayers will be together with you both too. *muacks*
hmmmm.... thanks to all that attend her wedding ceremony. (ceh, macam i lak yg kahwin. haha.) i got to usher her friends, her office mates and i'm happy to help her out for that. nothing much i can do but it's something that i could help on her wedding day. *wink*
and afterall, i had great time although i felt a little bit tired after the sunday's event. most importantly, i have wonderful moments with my baby and my besties.
and damn! next, most of the rest started to ask about me. when is my turn? from HKTC, to HDB mates, to family members, to relatives. what an answer. pressuring me next? how can this be? haha. oukayelah. my answer is... insya-allah kalau ada jodoh takkan ke mana. hopefully once i graduated, i can at least start thinking about it. amin.
